The image and backing paper found on the Joanna Sheen Victorian Christmas CD I bought ages ago, are what I used for this card. The ribbon is double faced, gold edged satin and makes it look luxurious, something the Victorians would have liked I am sure! The image is the same size, cut in three layers and decoupaged.
The punching was made with a Fiskars holly border punch, and the snowflake is from a Martha Stewart punch, to which I added a deep red gem to finish.
The backing paper which I cut to make a border, was inked in deep green chalk inks before glueing to the gold border down the left hand side.
